Jayapal Ramasamy

Director, CFO & Compliance Officer

Mr Jayapal has more than 30 years of management experience, including being the CEO and subsequently Finance Director of a London-listed company, AEC Education Plc. He also has extensive experience in corporate restructurings of many companies in business, finance and management.

Mr Jayapal is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore (ICPAS), the Institute of Management Consultant (IMC) and a Practicing Management Consultant (PMC). He is one of the founding members and past President of the Institute of Management Consultants (IMC) and served in the council for 12 years in various positions.

Mr Jayapal is currently Deputy Chairman of the UK accounting group McMillan Woods International, Chairman of Trace Capital Pte Ltd, Singapore, and Board of Governor Member of St. John International School, Malaysia.

Mr Jayapal has been an associate consultant for the National Productivity Board of Singapore and has co-authored several books on Singapore and Malaysia taxation. He also served as President of the Rotary Club of Singapore North.
